Klinchapp is an AI-powered social media content generation tool that helps users create engaging posts for various platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content; use the Service for spam or misleading purposes; attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our Service, you grant Klinchapp a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service. Generated content is provided for your use, and you are responsible for how you use it.
6. Usage Limits
Free accounts are limited to 60 posts per month. Usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. We reserve the right to modify these limits with notice.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Klinchapp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
